Abbeye style Dubbel Ale. Brewed from yeast from a Belgian Trappist Monastery. Deep, copper red ale with sweet and sour aroma. Finished with a second fermentation in the bottle with cider yeast. Good bubble with hint of apple sourness. Close to a Flemish Brown Ale but with a smooth malt finish. Aged for over 5 years. 6% in a 330ml bottle.
